WholeSoMe Nutrition and Lifestyle (WholeSoMe Nutrition, us, we) is a consultation and education company, represented by Katalin Gubuznai (Katalin, owner) acting at 81 Adderlane Road, Prudhoe, NE42 5HS, UK (registered and postal address). You can contact Katalin by sending an email to contact@wholesomenutrition.net or calling the +44 (0) 7437 576011 phone number. As by law we do not require an external data protection officer, Katalin is acting in this role, therefore she can be contacted with any queries regarding this Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (Policy).
Terms used in this Policy
“The Website” refers to all content found under the URL www.wholesomenutrition.net including all pages, subpages, permanent and temporary content placed either by the owner of the Website or a third party, selected by the owner.
“The Services” refers to all commercial activities where Katalin provides advice, education, information or related electronic or physical materials to the other party (you, the Client) and receives payment in return.

In collecting personal data I am acting as a data controller and by low I am required to provide you with information about the type, the use and the storage of the data I collect, as well as your rights and how you can practice them.

3. Use of Personal Data
Under the Data Protection Legislation, personal data can only be used on a lawful basis. The table below describes our lawful bases of using the collected data. Your personal data will not be used to send you marketing or spam. We will always comply with the Data Protection Legislation and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003. Anything sent to you with marketing purposes will be done so with your previous consent and you will be always provided with the opportunity to withdraw your consent.
As long as you want to maintain your consent to receive information it is your responsibility to ensure that your personal data is up to date. Failing to do so may result in disruption of services according to the Terms and Conditions which is available for you through the website, as well as upon request.

4. How long is your personal data stored
Your personal data is stored for 6 years after collection. After this period it will be permanently deleted from our files.

To request a copy of the personal data I store related to you, you can contact WholeSoMe Nutrition using the contact information provided. All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent to the email or postal addresses.
There is not normally any charge for a subject access request. If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ (for example, if you make repetitive requests) a fee may be charged to cover the administrative costs.
We will respond to your subject access request within 30 days of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time. In some cases, however, particularly if your request is more complex, more time may be required up to a maximum of 90 days from the date we receive your request. You will be kept fully informed of my progress.
