Registered Menopause Nutritionist
in Prudhoe, Northumberland,
North East England, UK
but also
Busy mum of two teen boys, owner of two businesses.
Lover of food, nature walks, films, podcasts, yoga and body combat.
Always striving for balance.
It started in 2013, when I had to take my health in my own hands. I was stuck in the domino effect of nutrient deficiencies, gut issues, food intolerances and hormone imbalance, which made me periodically bed-bound. There was no space for trial and error anymore, so I went and completed a nutritional therapist course in 2015. My health significantly improved, and in the meantime, nutrition became my passion. So I decided to go back to uni!
I completed a nutritional therapist course in 2015 and I hold a BSc(Hons) degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition.
I’m registered with the Association for Nutrition since 2024.
Currently I’m working towards a CBT practitioner certificate, and I’m deep diving into sleep and behaviour science. I’m also exploring evidence based herbal remedies for hormonal balance.
I designed a signature method, The 7×7 Framework to make menopause self-care a structured, plannable, actionable and easy project, that anyone can commit to.
It guides you through all
7 key areas of strong hormonal health.
Each key areas consist of 7 bitesize projects
that are easy to start and easy to accomplish.
Completely personalisable.
Every single project can be fully tailored to your unique self.
I’m delivering this Framework in the Mindful Menopause Club right now.
You can join in any time here
and in a One-to-one Programme
that you can check out here.
I also love working with post menopausal women,
so feel free to get in touch if you want to get on the top of your health.
Living with multiple food intolerances and IBS while trying to eat planet-friendly and going vegan several days a week, was already challenging enough. When perimenopause topped this back in 2021 I had to rethink my diet and lifestyle. Again.
I was on a balanced diet, I was physically active, managed stress, everything was working.
Until it wasn’t.
For me the Meno started with late periods, unexplained headaches and night sweats.
I started losing hair and gaining weight.
It wasn’t a good deal.
Menopause never crossed my mind before, so it took me a while to figure out what was going on.
Then I took a deep dive into the Meno science.
After about 8 months of extensive research I knew everything I needed to know to get rid of my symptoms, stop gaining weight and feel myself again.
I got it all figured out for you.
Let’s get you sorted.
